Each design begins in my studio.   While I partner with trusted manufacturers to bring a few of my products to life, every item reflects my creative vision. I work closely with production teams to ensure quality, ethical sourcing, and a finish that feels personal—not mass-produced.  
I’m always exploring new ways to bring more production closer to home.

CANCELLATIONS: We accept cancellations as long as the product has not yet been processed (approx. 3 hrs).  If you need to cancel your order, please message us as soon as possible to see if it’s still an option. Once the order has been processed cancellations are no longer possible.

RETURNS: We accept returns on any product that has a quality issue.  We stand behind the product!
For products that have NOT been personalized:  We gladly accept returns, regardless of reason, as long as we are notified within 3 days of receiving product.  You must ship the item back to Marshberry Cottage within 7 days from the date you receive your product.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Follow Instructions for the return shipping address, after you have messaged Marshberrys about the issue.  The customer is entirely responsible for the return until the product arrives safely back to us. If the package is lost, missing, or damaged during return shipping, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a claim and work directly with the shipping carrier.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund.
Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if your order included more than one product, a $5 fee per additional item will also be deducted.

We would truly love to accept returns without any fees; however, these charges help cover the original shipping materials, handling time, and preparation costs that were invested in getting your product to you in the first place.
